Xyeping (Ail'ka I) is the innermost planet in the [Ail'ka system](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/01LLZmEygJ-ailka-system), [Xi'an Empire (SaoXy'an)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0n96JkwNo9-xian-empire). A rocky protoplanet, it is likely to have originated from the nearby [Ail'ka belt alpha](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0dXXJ6Qano-ailka-belt-alpha) that's located between it and the rest of the planetary system. Xyeping is bombarded with heat and radiation from the enormous B-type main sequence star that sits in the center of the Ail'ka system.
