Kilian XIII

Kilian XIII is a dwarf planet in the [Kilian system](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0ODD4mY9aP-kilian-system), [United Empire of Earth](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth). It is enveloped by a tenuous atmosphere of nitrogen and carbon monoxide. Uniquely among planets, it is notable for the enormous deposits of smoky quartz that jut out of its surface, giving it a glittering, otherworldly look.
