Jynx Gin

Jynx is a brand of gin that is distilled and bottled on [Delamar](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0GxoZnAGrg-delamar) in the [Nyx system](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0jGxP6kpG3-nyx-system). First brewed In SEY 2901, it resulted from an experimental batch of spirits brewed by the bartender Alta Turei, who was seeking a way to create a drink that used ingredients that could be grown on Delamar. Turei met with multiple failures before landing on a recipe that used [omphalotus mushrooms](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VgEwGP7Epe-omphalotus-mushroom), lending the drink its pink coloration and slight glow.
