Frigidly cold, its surface is marked with active cryovolcanoes that spew ice and water into the ammonia-rich atmosphere. The planet came to fame in the SEY 2943 Tonya Oriel story Lost Generation, where it appeared as the final resting place of a passenger from the missing long-haul colony ship [Artemis](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0jGxngnLzm-artemis). [OB Station Gryphon](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/bmG15PAezQ-ob-station-gryphon) faced an influx of tourists wanting to visit the site, not knowing that the story was fictional.
