R.il'a system

The R.il'a system is a planetary system in the [Xi'an Empire (SaoXy'an)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0n96JkwNo9-xian-empire) that consists of one protoplanet, one puffy planet, two terrestrial planets, one super-Earth, and one dwarf planet. First developed as a military training system by the [Xi'an](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/ReJwN9KJEj-xian) government, it has been transformed into a center of industry since the end of the [Xi'an-Human Cold War](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RXlLjDewkZ-xian-human-cold-war) (SEY 2530 - 2793 / MXY III.838 - III.1044) in the interest of sustaining peace between the Xi'an Empire and the [United Empire of Earth (UEE)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth). It has become a center of trade between the two Empires thanks to its jump point to the UEE-controlled Horus system and financial incentives from the Xi'an government, who have relaxed restrictions on immigration.
