Xi (R.il'a V) is the fifth planet from the sun of the [R.il'a system](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/Rw1xWXME1B-rila-system), [Xi'an Empire (SaoXy'an)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0n96JkwNo9-xian-empire). Classified by the Xi'an government as a habitation world, it was extensively developed and meticulously organized in order to support a vast populace. Like neighboring planet [Xōl'uu (R.il'a IV)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VYLzwxDrre-xooluu-rila-iv), Xi is friendly to visitors, and has multiple areas designated for mixed populations of [Human](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0Nwpnr6wa2-humans), [Banu](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0NwpYPpNZ4-banu), and [Tevarin](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/V8gJv3nB3X-tevarin).
