Tiber Belt Alpha

The Tiber belt alpha is the only asteroid belt of the [Tiber system](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RMNLm97EDj-tiber-system). Located in [Vanduul territory](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RPDAMLKP74-vanduul-territory), the densely-packed belt is primarily used by the [Vanduul](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VpGPp92gdO-vanduul) for resource extraction. Before the [United Empire of Earth Navy](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RPDvKOpdP4-uee-navy) withdrew from the system they strategically laid mine fields throughout the belt, increasing the danger of the already hazardous area.
