Titus Costigan

Titus Costigan (2909 - present) is the CEO of Esrua Industries, director of the nonprofit Better Together Foundation, and eldest son of former [Imperator](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0Gz5BoJ9wl-uee-imperator)[Kelos Costigan](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VJOzBxdJ28-kelos-costigan) of the [United Empire of Earth (UEE)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth). Running as a [Universalist](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VDo6qOgLx9-universalist-party), he was one of five final candidates for the office of Imperator in 2950. His platform included promises to increase economic activity by relaxing regulations on businesses, increase funding for the [Militia Mobilization Initiative](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RkZ96m89Jm-militia-mobilization-initiative), and improve transparency on how [Synthworld](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RLMmAnr4gj-project-archangel) funds are being spent. In the leadup to the final election, multiple attack ads were released by an unknown party tying Costigan to a multi-system drug syndicate. Costigan's campaign refused to respond.
