Vega 2b

Vega 2b is the outermost moon of [Aremis (Vega II)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RkGGjdOwQz-aremis-vega-ii), [United Empire of Earth (UEE)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth). A shepherd moon, it closely orbits the outer edge of Aremis' system of rings, clearing out stray debris in orbit around the planet which gives the rings a sharply defined edge. It is believed that the moon is a captured asteroid with possible origins in the [Vega belt alpha](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VarrQdgWBQ-vega-belt-alpha).
