Spartan

The Spartan is an armored personnel carrier manufactured by [Anvil Aerospace](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0qnN6Od6YD-anvil-aerospace) for the [United Empire of Earth (UEE)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth) military, designed safely to transport people through combat zones and other dangerous areas. Built with the same Atlas Platform chassis as Anvil's [Ballista](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/V8gJyXMDrM-ballista), the Spartan replaces the missile turret with a crew hold that accommodates eight secure jump seats, along with personal weapons storage. The top of the Spartan is equipped with a remotely-operated turret.
