Jele City

Jele City is the capital of [Vann (Croshaw III)](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/bZkk4l4j2D-vann-croshaw-iii). Since its founding early in Vann's [terraforming](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/V3qgj8vjnj-terraforming) process, the city was designed to offer maximum protection from the cold weather. Most of the vibrantly-painted homes are built in rows very close to one another in order to cut down on wind chill, with narrow passageways between them. Due to its location near the equator, the temperature changes very little throughout the year.
