OB Station Heller

OB Station Heller is a research space station located in the Garron system, [United Empire of Earth](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth) (UEE). It is the main headquarters of the ongoing effort to restore the biosphere of [Garron II](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VlMGMLM1lL-garron-ii), which was destroyed at the orders of [Linton Messer XI](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RwZBaD4Mdq-linton-messer-xi) in SEY 2792. It also houses a museum dedicated to the history of [terraforming](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/V3qgj8vjnj-terraforming) and the [Fair Chance Act](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RXlXmnaYGP-fair-chance-act).
