Wuotan

The wuotan is a woody, bioluminescent plant indigenous to the [Pyro system](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/0ODxJM917N-pyro-system). Able to thrive in stormy environments, it has evolved to withstand gale-force winds and weather lightning strikes. When hit, the wuotan redirects some of the energy and stores the rest, using it in place of photosynthesis to create nutrients. It produces a seed of the same name that can be harvested and used as a temporary light source.
