UEE Marines

The [United Empire of Earth](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth) (UEE) Marines are the infantry branch of the [UEE](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth) armed forces. They specialize in planetary invasion and special operations, along with the support of land and space operations. Once a division of the UEE [Army](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RxnX5JOZ7Q-uee-army), they were granted their own branch in SEY 2560. Their head, the [Legatus Marinuum](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RWolAvP7qp-legatus-marinuum), is one of the three military representatives who make up the position of [High-Command](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RegxqX26ok-high-command).
