Common Laws

The Common Laws are a set of baseline rights, privileges, and standards that apply to all who reside within the [United Empire of Earth](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/VyvyKxy4v6-united-empire-of-earth) (UEE) regardless of the representation status of their location. These laws include fundamental personal freedoms, safety standards, health services, basic education, a system to allow interplanetary trade and travel, jump point discovery and exploration, and an allowance for the existence of a security force to protect from external threats and internal crime.
