Once the UEE agreed, they named it after the Human visual artist [Tamsa Wheel](https://robertsspaceindustries.com/galactapedia/article/RXlXOw9WaN-tamsa-wheel) in an attempt to arrange a meeting with her. They achieved this goal in 2945.
